I never thought I was a "ruffler" until these...
A piece of this ensemble are my favorite new booties, Velvet Angel, by shoe designer Joe Ponce, previously of Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B. line.

P.S. I just found this Proenza Schouler bootie. The shape reminds me a bit of the Velvet Angel one.
